Classroom Course and Driving Hours $375

(Required for ages 15-18)

Class Starts Sept 30th

#1 - In Person Class

    • The in-person class is led by a certified DLD approved instructor and includes a total of 9 classes, 2 hours each class, 18 hours total, no weekends. The 6 hours of behind the wheel driving are part of the course but do not take place during the 9 days of class see #2 below for driving hours details.  


    • Classroom curriculum includes a combination of lecture, interactive teaching, videos, presentations, worksheets, reviews, quizzes, and exams


    • Learner Permit not required to enroll or attend class but will be needed for the behind the wheel driving portion of the course. See #2 below

#2 - Behind the Wheel Driving Hours

#2 Behind the Wheel Driving Hours

  • 6 hours of behind the wheel driving training with a certified instructor in a state DLD approved drivers ed vehicle with dashboard camera and required safety equipment. Driving sessions are included in the course but do not take place during the 9 day class. The 6 hours of behind the wheel driving hours will be scheduled based on your schedule and flexibility. A valid learner permit is required for the behind the wheel driving portion of the drivers ed course

  • Scheduling behind the wheel hours by contacting us directly. The driving calendar is flexible including appointment options from Monday - Sunday, morning, day, and evenings. Driving sessions are scheduled for 3 X 2 hours. You can schedule up to 2 months in advance. 

  • Available Behind the Wheel pick-up locations: Bountiful, SLC Downtown, South Jordan, Herriman, Provo, Ogden, Park City,
